We send all Australian orders via Australia Post. We endeavour to send your order as soon as possible, please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Please note, Express Orders will be shipped the following day.

New Zealand International Shipping $35.00: International delivery within 3-10 business days in Metropolitan areas. Regional areas can take longer.

We offer shipping to New Zealand for print orders only. For all other items, please contact hello@vhappyco.com to arrange a quote.

A flat rate of $35.00 (AUD) applies to orders of up to 3 art prints in any size (A3 or A2). In the event that you require additional prints, please contact us for additional shipping charge information. Orders are sent from Australia using registered Australia Post and the service is a standard service that may take between 3-10 business days however please note due to Covid, this may be impacted and delays may occur. Please allow ample time to receive your order to arrive so as to avoid missing critical timing and events. Regrettably the postage service timings are beyond our control and we cannot be held liable for any delays.

Order tracking
You will receive a tracking number for your order upon dispatch to track your order. 

Damages or loss
Damaged packages or packages lost in transit are rare,  however should this occur, please let us know via email hello@littlebigclothingcompany.com with 24 hours of receiving your goods and/or if your order fails to arrive. Failure to communicate with us in a timely manner may limit how we are able to assist you.
